National Underwear Day is on August 5!

National Underwear Day was created to celebrate an everyday essential, but Cocotree Kids uses it as a day to shine a light on the thousands of children who lack access to clean, new underwear.

Children in need often resort to rewearing soiled underwear, worn out hand-me-downs that don’t fit, or most often—nothing at all. The benefits of new underwear for an underserved child go further than simply hygiene; it allows them to feel physically secure so they have the confidence and dignity to just live their life and tackle the road ahead of them.
